Here’s a reminder to all you beautiful ladies out there that pitch side is no place for a damsel in a dress (just discovered that clever little play on words is a phrase recently coined by John Lewis, but f**k it I’m using it anyway). Enjoy.

This number 3 obviously shares most people’s disdain for play-acting on the football field. I agree with our Greek friend that it should be stamped out, but maybe not like this!

For those of you who were unable to catch any of the action from the IBSA World Blind Football Championships which took place two weeks ago in Hereford, then we have provided you with the dramatic final day of the Group stages. What’s scarily weird is our English contingent seem to have greater touch, skill, and awareness than our hapless multi-millionaire team that f****d up so miserably in South Africa this summer.

Emile Heskey, in this clip, manages to achieve the weird and the wonderful simultaneously. His clumsy late equaliser – ultimately meaningless due to an even later Villa collapse – was only eclipsed by a salmon like celebration afterwards. And it wouldn’t be a true Heskey moment without missing an open goal moments earlier from just five yards would it? Skip to 0:50 in the video and enjoy the show!
